| President and Senior Consultant of NH&A established in 1989. Mr. Hall has 34 years experience in the roofing industry providing roof consulting services and expert witness on a nationwide basis to a varied base of customers. He has published articles in national publications on roof related subjects and is a Registered Roof Consultant with the Roof Consultants Institute (RCI) of which he has served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and as International President of the Institute. He also holds active memberships and serves on committees of other roofing associations and has participated in numerous national and international roofing symposiums and conferences. He is a Fellow of the Roof Consultants Institute. He served on the Committees that wrote the current versions of the Registered Roof Consultant Exam and the Registered Roof Observer Exam. |

Mr. Simpson is a Licensed Professional Engineer, registered in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Coming to NH&A in 1999 as a Senior Engineer and Roof Consultant, he brings twenty-two years of experience to our firm. Mr. Simpson is especially talented in product design engineering and development, with valuable experience in meeting the customer's made-to-order requirements for items of specific interest. He was issued a US Patent in 1988 for the invention of a hydraulic device. Mr. Simpson's experience also covers a broad range of computer skills, including a proficiency in AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel and Access and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software. He is a Licensed Home Inspector in both North and South Carolina and has been designated a minimum Level II Building Inspection equivalency by the North Carolina Code Officials Qualification Board (COQB). Mr. Simpson provides his services to our firm through his personal business enterprise, Criterium-Simpson Engineers, Monroe, NC. |

ERVIN EUGENE ABSHER |
Mr. Absher joined the firm in 1998 as Roof Consultant bringing thirty-five years roof consulting experience to the company. Educated in North Carolina in drafting and design, he was previously employed with the Engineering Division of Fieldcrest Cannon Mills, traveling among their plants throughout the country, charged with, among other activities, the responsibility of maintaining a weather-secure building envelope. Mr. Absher is proficient in all phases of roof consulting, specification preparation and in-depth inspection of work in progress.

KAREN MULLIS |

Ms. Mullis joined NH&A in July 2005. Karen is the administrative assistant to Nelson Hall. She has over 20 years experience in the secretarial and administrative field. Her responsibilities include preparing and processing documentation for projects, invoicing, accounts receivable/accounts payable, payroll and handling company finances and insurance. Her experience also includes preparing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher as well as creating/updating drawings using AutoCAD.

JEREL BURRIS, RRO

Mr. Burris, Vice President of NH&A, joined our company after serving his previous employer, Fieldcrest Cannon Mills, Kannapolis, NC for over thirty years in their Engineering Department, having responsibilities there that included drafting, surveying, designing and construction management of large electrical projects in Fieldcrest Cannon manufacturing facilities. He is highly skilled in the function and use of the AutoCAD computer program software, and has served as instructor for that program at the community college level. He is a Registered Roof Observer, holds an Associate of Applied Mechanical Engineering degree, and is a North Carolina Licensed Electrical Contractor (Limited). |

MICHAEL LUKACH

Mr. Lukach began his career with NH&A, Inc. in July of 2007 after receiving his BS degree in Business Management from Pfeiffer University. While in school, Michael worked as a sales associate in the Commercial Division of Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. He is well versed in the application of various computer software packages, including AutoCAD, and is working toward certification as a Registered Roof Observer. In his spare time, Mike enjoys building furniture and other wooden crafts and has worked part time in a cabinet shop. |

BARRY E. HOUGH |
As Director of Marketing, Mr. Hough brings thirty-four years of roofing experience to NH&A. Twenty-four of those years were spent with major manufacturers of commercial roofing materials, charged with the responsibility for the marketing of various types of roofing related products as well as providing necessary technical support to contractors, designers and owners working toward the primary purpose of constructing a quality building envelope. Another ten years were spent in the field as a successful commercial roofing contractor. Mr. Hough's experience covers not only a varied scope of roofing systems, but also the performance characteristics of the materials used to accomplish the individual system. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Carolinas Chapter of the Roof Consultants Institute.
