Since our number one goal is client satisfaction, our services are customized to fit the specific need of each customer.

Types of clients NH&A has served include nuclear power producers, textile manufacturers, educational institutions, food processors, medical facilities, governmental agencies (including federal, state and local properties), churches and high-end residential properties.

Specialized Equipment and Services:

1. THERMAL INFRARED SCANS

NH&A owns and operates a PYROVIEWER Model 5450 thermal infrared viewing system manufactured by Electrophysics Corporation, Fairfield, NJ. Use of this equipment, where appropriate, allows our employees to discover the presence of trapped moisture in a suspect roof system in a non-destructive way, providing another piece of information to be used in the decision making process. Areas to be scanned are accurately measured, with the layout digitized to scale, noting all major openings for reference. After a base line is established, moisture detected by infrared is marked on the scaled drawing. Results are verified by using a TRAMEX solid-state electronic capacitance meter. We also use the TRAMEX equipment as a stand-alone piece of equipment to pinpoint areas of leakage when a full infrared survey is deemed unnecessary.

Hands-on Infrared surveys of the type provided by NH&A are vastly superior in providing accurate, usable data when compared to many other systems being promoted in today's marketplace.

Our inspectors are also equipped with Delmhorst moisture probes, manufactured by Delmhorst Instrument Co., Towaco, NJ, allowing immediate on-site testing for excessive moisture in roofing material. Detection of non-visable moisture content before installation of the product is paramount in eliminating future problems by not allowing the installation of wet materials.

2. AutoCad 2002

Design graphics are accomplished at NH&A by using the latest version of the AutoCad software package offered by Autodesk, Inc., San Rafael, CA. Information generated in this format is made available on disc to our clients for their use. Of course, hard copies are also provided of work done using this system. Computer file data may also be provided in a .dxf format.
